If you want to reserve the entire property for your family or small group, you will be the only ones to stay at Villa La Ginestra, and you will enjoy complete privacy. Ask for a quote for the catering services too!

Rooms

The rooms are elegant, well-finished and functional. All the windows open onto the park, the wood and the swimming pool and flood the rooms with natural light and a delicious breeze. Prices are always inclusive of breakfast.

You can also request the option of having a fixed menu dinner by reservation.

ROOMS POLICIES

  • Non-refundable payment of 50% upon booking. Balance at check-in.

  • Check-in after 4pm

  • Check out by 10

  • Smoking is not permitted in all rooms and common areas

  • It is not allowed to host or organize parties without the owner's permission.

ENTIRE VILLA POLICIES

  • In high season, from the second week of June to the first week of September, the entire property is rented only from Saturday to Saturday.

  • In other periods, contact me for a tailor-made proposal for you

  • 30% of total amount payment upon booking confirmation refundable until 90 days before check-in 

  • Non-refundable balance 45 days before check-in

  • At check in, a security deposit of €1000 will be required, in cash with receipt, to be returned at check out.

  • Check-in after 4pm

  • Check out by 10

  • Smoking is not permitted in all rooms and common areas

  • It is not allowed to host or organize parties without the owner's permission.
